Bugs Meany and Why I Am Done With Bullies

I'm tired of bullies winning. Especially this guy.

The past two years have been hard. Don't need to tell anyone that; everyone who is reading this knows it's been hard. Something happened on Twitter last week and we need to talk about it. Why? Because quite frankly, I'm tired of bullies. I'm not going to mention the bully's real name, because it's human nature to think "Hmm. Wonder if he's as bad as Jennifer says he is," then you google him and you say "Wow, he's that damned bad." But this person wants hits on his blogs, he wants attention. I don't want to give him attention. So I'm going to call him Bugs Meany, the bully who doubted Encyclopedia Brown's abilities to solve mysteries.

Bugs Meany has been around for a while now. I read something he wrote when he mentioned a figure I grew up with had died recently. Then I completely forgot about him, but a couple of years ago he threatened several famous writers on Twitter. When Bugs was asked about it, he said it was "performance art."
